Helios: Buttechno (DE), Olya Smok (DE)

 Helios ends the summer with a two-stage 12-hour long escapade in the abundant garden and new club room of Botik, headlined by two notable guests.

The first is Pavel Milyakov, who achieved wide-soaring recognition with his dancefloor-oriented project Buttechno. Operating under this pseudonym, he developed a hyper-focussed rhythm-based practice that pushes the boundaries of techno and club music at large with an exemplary live set that has positioned him to perform at institutions such as De School, Bassiani, Tresor, Berghain, as well as festivals CTM, Dekmantel and Berlin Atonal.

The second is Olya Smok, a deejay fuelled by minimalist abstraction and exuberant extravagance, chasing and traversing the darkest paths with power and elegance, one of our top picks for an extended set.
